He has been doing Corporate practise since last about 4 years. Vivek has primarily focused himself in vetting of contracts at International level.

He is expert in negotiating and finalising the contracts for clients which includes NDA, NCA, Customer Contract, Vendor Contract and have specialisation related to contracts pertaining to Software Industry. He look after Statutory Compliances related to Corporate Social Responsibility and under Labour Laws. He deals with both Civil & Criminal Litigations, with a concentration on the Labour matters.
